This was announced by monobank co-founder Oleg Horohovsky on his social networks.
This time, the company plans to select 10 interns for mentoring teams. The work is planned in a full-time format — remotely or from offices in Kyiv and Dnipro. The program covers both technical areas (Java, Python, Go, JS, Data Science), as well as areas of data analytics, martech technologies and product optimization. The key requirement for candidates is the ability to use artificial intelligence tools in work processes.
«We select the best, and then they work full-time with mentors for three months on real tasks, not educational blanks. And we see who can cope. Those who cope, we take to the team,» said Oleg Horohovsky.
According to the company, over 4,750 candidates applied for the program during the two previous recruitment rounds. 24 interns made it to the final stage, 15 of whom joined the monobank team following the results of their internship.
