IT company airSlate is laying off about 170 specialists in a number of locations — the USA, Europe, Canada, and Asia, as well as in the Ukrainian office.
According to DOU, the main reason for the layoffs is restructuring.
«In recent years, we have grown rapidly, tried new ideas, and created ambitious products. Some of these steps have been successful, others have not, but each of them has taught us important lessons. Now is the time to apply these lessons with a clearer focus. We are transforming the company to move faster, innovate smarter, and invest in work that truly has value,» said Vadym Yasinovsky, CEO of airSlate.
We remind you that airSlate employs about 460 specialists in Ukraine.
Employees affected by the cuts will be offered compensation packages, as well as the opportunity to keep their work laptop.
airSlate (ex PDFfiller) is a product IT company, ranked 28th in the ranking of the largest product IT companies in Ukraine. Last year, the company already laid off about 100 people due to restructuring.
In July, we wrote about changes in airSlate’s management: Vadym Yasinovskyi once again became the company’s CEO.
airSlate was in the spotlight when it was revealed that the company had not left the Russian market after the full-scale invasion began. The company responded at the time that it had an office in St. Petersburg, Russia, where about 20 specialists worked, some of whom were relocated to Georgia and Turkey.
