Former Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov began teaching a course for students of the master's program "Public Management and Administration" at UCU.
Mykhailo Fedorov, as a guest lecturer at the UCU School of Public Administration, will share with students practical experience in forming government decisions within the discipline "Architecture of Public Policies".
During his first communication with students, Mykhailo Fedorov emphasized that a modern approach to public administration requires large-scale systemic thinking and high responsibility.
"Managing a ministry today is like managing a large technology company like Apple or Google. My goal is to show you that public administration is a unique job that must be treated very responsibly. Because the lives of millions of people depend on your decisions," Fedorov emphasized .

As noted by UCU, combining the academic base with the real experience of top practitioners is an important component of the educational process.
Involving specialists who directly make government decisions and implement large-scale digital reforms allows students to consider public administration through the prism of real challenges, cases, and technological transformations.
