And although in percentage terms this is only 0,5% of the total number of active individual entrepreneurs, the fact remains — in the fifth year of the full-scale war, this is exactly the number of individual entrepreneurs, according to the Unified State Register, who indicated their mailing addresses on Russian domains when registering.
At the same time, the majority of this cohort of individual entrepreneurs — over 2,600 entrepreneurs — used mail.ru, and hundreds more — rambler.ru, yandex.ru, list.ru, bk.ru, and inbox.ru.
Thus, 472 individual entrepreneurs indicated their email address at rambler.ru when registering, and 424 indicated mailboxes with the yandex.ru domain.
At the same time, according to Opendatabot, over 626,000 fops use gmail.com and over 161,000 use ukr.net.
Among the popular email addresses used during registration were also the services icloud.com (14,731), i.ua (11,769), and meta.ua (5,985).
As dev.ua reported, in the first quarter of 2026, 11,000 more individual entrepreneurs opened in Ukraine than closed.
