Alpha testing of the “Observer” service for tracking high-profile court cases using AI has been launched in Ukraine

Alpha testing of the new Overseer service, designed for long-term monitoring of criminal and administrative cases, has begun in Ukraine. The platform aggregates news, press releases, and official court decisions and creates a single automatic timeline of the development of each high-profile event.
The platform's developer, Dmytro, announced the start of testing and its functionality on Twitter. The service was created to solve the problem of high-profile news stories being lost from the public eye, when the media rarely return to the topics after the first wave of interest subsides, and court registries are too confusing for ordinary users.
"You asked for it, I did it. Here's a news tracker that shows the current status, aggregates news from the media and court decisions into a story that updates automatically. In short, it collects data from open sources, searches for "continuations" of news, tracks decisions in the registry, and generates summaries through AI," the developer noted.
The platform operates on a three-stage principle:
The user adds a link or text description of the case, after which the AI creates a basic timeline.
The service automatically monitors sources and the court registry for new updates.
A detailed timeline is being formed from the opening of proceedings to appeals and the final verdict or closure of the case.
The platform is aimed at journalists, human rights defenders, activists, and readers who want to follow the progress of high-profile investigations. Currently, access to the "Watcher" is provided by preliminary applications, which are reviewed manually, and the author himself is looking for like-minded people to expand the project team.

Тест dev.ua
