As noted in Forbes Ukraine, Fintech Band (developers of Monobank) appeared in this year’s ranking with a turnover of UAH 5.6 billion. In addition, Genesis holding displaced the service company GlobalLogic, which develops custom software.
«The reason is the lack of clients for all service players. Ukrainian IT works mainly with foreign companies, which are afraid to outsource development to a country where a full-scale war is underway. The market is also affected by the slump in the global economy, which is reducing IT budgets», — the publication’s analysts believe.
Two more companies in the ranking — DataArt and Intellias — do not have a position in the ranking, but are among the ten largest IT companies in Ukraine by revenue.
DataArt’s revenue in 2023 was UAH 4-4.6 billion; figures for the first half of 2024 are unknown. Intellias had revenue of UAH 4-4.6 billion in 2023; data for the first half of 2024 is not available.
It was previously reported that there are over 1,500 food companies in Ukraine (according to Tech Ecosystem). Of these, a list of 20 food companies that have been operating on the market for over 10 years has been compiled.
