The company stressed that it will compensate customers for the declared value of all parcels and shipments that were destroyed as a result of the shelling. To minimize delivery delays, the logistics operator has already launched backup routes.

The day before, on the night of July 30, Russian troops had already struck a sorting terminal of Nova Poshta in Poltava region during a massive attack on Ukraine. The company’s facilities in Kharkiv and Odessa had also previously been attacked.
