Ukrainian logistics operator Nova Post has expanded its international network and entered the Canadian market, becoming the company’s 18th country of presence. From now on, documents and parcels weighing up to 30 kg can be sent and received between Ukraine and Canada with a delivery time of 5 days or more.

This was reported by the company’s press service. You can place an order for a shipment from Canada online via the Nova Post website or mobile application, and deliver the parcel via courier or at one of the 1,100 partner points of the UPS Store network.
The cost of shipping from Canada to Ukraine depends on the weight: documents and light parcels up to 1 kg cost 37 CAD, up to 2 kg — 47 CAD, shipments weighing up to 10 kg will cost 99 CAD, and the maximum weight limit of up to 30 kg will cost 215 CAD.
Ukrainian entrepreneurs also have the opportunity to export goods to Canada without paying import duties thanks to the Free Trade Agreement between the countries (CUFTA). For most shipments, only HST sales tax is paid, and parcels worth up to CAD 20 (UAH 625) are exempt from taxation altogether.
The company noted that the new direction is already showing high demand among customers. «Thanks to our large diaspora and high demand for international delivery, we have already processed 3,000+ shipments, most of which were goods from Ukrainian manufacturers,» Nova Post noted.
The company previously reported that in the first half of 2026 alone , it opened 266 new service points, increasing its presence to 16 countries and 235 cities in Europe.
