Armolab has created a prototype of the Mamont heavy ground robotic complex. The company is co-owned by Dmitry Mamonov, one of the developers of the TerMIT NRC.
This is reported by the publication "Oboronka". According to Mamonov, the need for large IRCs, capable of transporting large loads over long distances, will only grow in the future.
The mass of the Mamont UAV is 1100 kg. It can reach speeds of up to 50 km/h, has a payload of up to 700 kg and a range of up to 100 km, with a ground clearance of 330 mm. The ground drone has light armor and can be customized to the mission parameters.
The developers have included a dumper function for the Mamont (the cargo compartment lifts up and allows for quick unloading of supplies), as well as a metal frame for installing a protective net against drones. They also predict that the NRC may later be equipped with automatic turrets for active protection against enemy UAVs.

Currently, the prototype is equipped with a basic radio channel, but the drone's architecture allows for changes. According to Mamonov, "Starlink should be installed at the base."
The project is currently in the final stages of development. Armolab plans to codify Mamont and scale up production in the summer of 2026.
Previously, Dmitry Mamonov created an electric stretcher for more convenient transportation of the wounded. The design is capable of transporting up to 120 kilograms.
