IT businessman, author of advanced miltech developments and founder of the defense company Octava Defence, Oleksandr Kardakov, announced the emergence of a new brand, OCTAVA IT.
IT businessman, author of advanced miltech developments and founder of the defense company Octava Defence, Oleksandr Kardakov, announced the emergence of a new brand, OCTAVA IT.
«Meet us! We are launching a new IT business brand with our team — the OCTAVA IT company. Changes in the market and today’s realities are prompting internal transformations,» Kardakov wrote on Facebook.
The press release notes that OCTAVA IT is a structure that will unite six companies with many years of experience in the field of system integration. OCTAVA IT will specialize exclusively in IT solutions and will combine the IT expertise of «the best specialists on the market».
Volodymyr Timofeev became the CEO of OCTAVA IT. «Success requires fresh ideas, decisive actions, and consistent development. We are transforming and are on course for qualitative changes in the IT market in Ukraine,» Timofeev commented on his appointment.
OCTAVA IT will operate with the support of Octava Capital, which Kardakov founded in 2009 and heads its supervisory board. The Octava Capital group includes about 50 companies, including: Octava Cyber Defence, Accord group, Nota Group and Megatrade.
