Due to technical adjustments, the application will be unavailable for several days to process deferrals related to disability — both your own and those of your children or parents, the Ministry of Defense reports .
Re-logging into the app during maintenance will not restore access to these services. Users are asked to remain logged in to their accounts and not log out of the app.
If information about a disability or a previously issued deferment is already displayed in your electronic military record, it will be fully preserved and remain valid.
The full service is expected to resume around October 4 after 4:00 PM. The exact completion time will be announced separately.
UPD from October 5. The Ministry of Defense reported that processing deferrals in "Reserve+" is again available.
"Technical work in the systems of the Ministry of Social Policy has been completed. In Reserve+, you can again apply for a deferral related to disability — your own, children’s or parents'," the press service noted.
