Roboneers has released an updated WARDOG TRN repeater drone for operation in dense electronic warfare environments
Ukrainian defense tech company Roboneers has introduced the WARDOG TRN repeater drone. It is the second product in the WARDOG line and is designed to support radio communications and video transmission in difficult terrain, urban areas, and electronic countermeasures.

The company announced the expansion of its line of unmanned aircraft systems in its official press release.
The WARDOG TRN platform is capable of climbing to a height of up to 900 meters, deploying an air communication node. The drone carries a payload weighing up to 3 kg. Stability is ensured by a digital communication channel at a frequency of 2.4 GHz and an integrated optical inertial navigation system, which allows the device to fly stably even in the absence of GPS signals.
The new repeater complements the already well-known WARDOG SCOUT reconnaissance drone. While the SCOUT conducts surveillance and transmits video in 4K format or works in the infrared spectrum, the TRN maintains a stable communication channel to transmit this information to operators and adjacent UAVs. Both devices are based on a common platform, forming an integrated complex for units that perform tasks under the influence of electronic warfare means.

Technical characteristics of the WARDOG TRN repeater:
Tactical range: up to 10 km.
Duration of operation in the air: up to 1 hour.
Maximum flight speed: 68 km/h.
Military units can order WARDOG SCOUT and WARDOG TRN UAVs through the Brave1 Market defense marketplace using the e-Points system.
