«When six and a half years ago I came for an interview with Leonid Goriev at the office that Alty was renting on Zvirynetska Street at the time, I was sick with a cold and had a high fever. Lenya then asked if it was okay for me to conduct an interview in such a condition, to which, having received an affirmative answer, confidently offered me tea for two and a half hours of conversation,» OTOY said.
Drofa joined Alty six and a half years ago, starting as a lead designer. During this time, he has transformed into an expert in building business processes and products. He also added that despite the change in his job, he has no plans to leave the technology industry. According to him, life in IT is as natural a process for him as creativity.
