According to Opendatabot, as of February 2025, 2.1 million individual entrepreneurs were registered in Ukraine, with an annual income of over UAH 55 billion. This market needs simple and accessible tools for accounting and reporting. As the company’s press service informed dev.ua, VCHASNO GROUP discussed creating its own such product and regularly received requests from clients regarding the need for an easy and understandable system for running a small business.
In early 2025, the YaTax service appeared, attracting the attention of investors. That is why the team began negotiations about joining the company to the Vchasno service ecosystem.
«First of all, we want to turn Vchasno.Zvit into a leader in the reporting and accounting market for small businesses. This direction will continue to develop in the future. Ukraine is moving towards joining the EU, and gradually the requirements for accounting for individual entrepreneurs and small businesses will become more complex. So we plan to make it so that our entrepreneurs can easily and simply keep records. We see from the examples of similar services in Europe that this is possible, and they are very popular there,» said Mykola Palienko, co-founder of the Prom.ua marketplace and EVO company, co-founder and CEO of VCHASNO GROUP.
The company does not disclose the amount of investment. The group of companies acquired 80% of YaTax, and 20% remained with its founder, Bohdan Yankiv. He will continue to develop the service as CEO of Vchasno.Zvit.
