According to Zelensky, one of the key enterprises of the Russian oil industry and a logistics facility were hit in the Moscow region. Among the means used during the operation, the president named FP-1, RZ-100, MICH-2000, "Palyanytsia", Vendetta, "Fluty", "Bars", "Flamingo", "January" and Pelican. According to him, the SBU, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the State Security Service and the Foreign Intelligence Service were involved in the operation.
This is a Moscow oil refinery in the Kapotny district, just 15 km from the Kremlin. Long-range drones from the SBU’s Alpha Special Operations Center flew over 500 km, overcame echeloned Russian air defenses, and successfully hit the plant. A large-scale fire was recorded there.
