SKIFTECH representative Anna Stepanchuk told Oboronka that the «petal» simulator has not yet been codified and the company is only just beginning to supply the product.
When stepping on the gadget, the defeat system is activated. The fighter receives an electrical impulse through a special sensor bracelet, which notifies him that he has stepped on a mine. After that, the system is turned off. Stepanchuk explained that this simulates the loss of combat capability without physical risk.
The kamikaze drone simulator allows you to practice hitting a target with a pilot, as well as FPV countermeasures. The military can try to conditionally «shoot down» the drone, and if they succeed, it does not fall to the ground, but deactivates the attack function. This makes the simulator reusable and saves real combat drones.
SKIFTECH has been supplying kamikaze drone simulators to training centers since the end of 2025. The Armed Forces, National Guard, State Border Service, Special Operations Forces, and other state military organizations of Ukraine train on the company’s equipment.
Last spring, it became known that SKIFTECH received a contract from the US Army to develop equipment for simulating combat operations.
