This became known from the statements of Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Danylo Hetmantsev following a meeting with representatives of Ukrainian business.
To maintain the continuous operation of enterprises, the Ministry of Economy, ARMA, and the State Property Fund were instructed within three days to prepare a list of state facilities that businesses can use to disperse warehouse capacities.
In parallel, decisions are being prepared on the decentralization of international logistics, the expansion of the customs corridor, and the involvement of international partners in the creation of mechanisms for insurance of military risks. A substantive meeting will also be held in the near future with the leadership of the NBU and the banking sector on the expansion of credit support, in particular the «5-7-9%» financial program.
«Standard approaches do not work in wartime — quick and non-standard approaches are needed,» Koretsky noted.
For his part, Danylo Getmantsev stressed the need to expand the conditions for booking employees exclusively for transparent business, better coordination of actions in front-line areas, and maintaining the current conditions for acquiring by payment systems. The People’s Deputy also added that direct compensation for losses from the state budget is currently impossible, and the main source of compensation in the future will remain reparations from Russia.
As a reminder, on the night of August 5, Russia carried out a massive missile and drone strike on Kyiv and the Kyiv region, damaging the assets of dozens of companies. The hit of three Russian ballistic missiles on the Rozetka warehouse complex caused the largest financial losses for the company in all the years of its existence — the losses are estimated at billions of UAH.
The PUMA brand also announced the complete destruction of the logistics complex by Russia, warning of a possible shortage of goods. In addition, Epicenter, Nova Poshta, Silpo, NOVUS, Intertop Ukraine, Liqui Moly, Biosphere Corporation, Millenium factories, Lasunka, and the ATB chain now need support and restoration.
