«We are launching a new level of „small“ air defense — now interceptors can be controlled at a distance of thousands of kilometers,» the minister noted in his post.
He added that the development and testing of remote control technology for interceptor drones began within Brave1 a year ago.
«Ukraine is the first in the world to systematically scale up remote control of interceptor drones. This is an example of implementing defense innovations and forming a new standard of air defense,» Fedorov emphasized.
The next technical task, which, according to Fedorov, needs to be achieved, is 100% detection of enemy drones and no less than 95% of their neutralization.
