1,047 Ukrainian companies received fines for failing to submit information about their transport to the CCC and JV during the war with Russia, that is, since 2014.
As Opendatabot writes in its study, citing data from the command of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 87% of such fines were imposed after the start of a full-scale war.
In particular, during the full-scale operation, fines were issued to 916 company officials — accountants or directors responsible for such reports.
Interestingly, in the first five months of this year alone, enterprises were issued over UAH 7 million in fines for such an offense. The largest number of fines was issued in the Kyiv region, while none have been issued in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions since 2014.
According to published data, the CCC drafted about 20 such resolutions per year before the full-scale war, but in 2022 their number increased by 1.5 times. In 2023, the number of resolutions increased almost 6 times, and the pace is now only accelerating.
«In the first five months of 2026, 263 resolutions were issued — almost the same as in all of 2025 (278). For violations, businesses must replenish the budget by UAH 7 million — and 94% of this amount has already been paid or forcibly collected,» the Opendatabot study notes.
At the same time, as statistics show, not every resolution ends with a fine, because if an official of the enterprise confirms good reasons for not submitting a report, the CCC may refuse to impose a penalty.
