FUIB sets the pace — first in innovation and first at FinAwards 2026

According to the results of FinAwards 2026, FUIB took first place in Ukraine in the nomination "Best Mobile Banking Application for Individuals".

This is the result of the bank's systematic work and investments in the development of digital services. Today, the FUIB application unites over 2.4 million clients and offers more than 150 functions that implement 98% of all typical banking transactions without visiting a branch. The bank's application demonstrates one of the highest NPS levels on the market, at 80%+. At the same time, the number of users and the level of customer engagement are steadily growing.

FUIB emphasizes that the focus is on the continuous development of the mobile application, investments in technology and AI solutions, as well as the speed of implementing new functions.

“We are developing our application as the main point of interaction between the client and the bank. Therefore, it is important for us not to simply add all the necessary functions, but to be the first to implement solutions that really simplify the financial transactions of our clients. We systematically invest in the implementation of technologies and solutions that make FUIB a driver of changes and innovations in the financial market,” notes Dmytro Polishchuk , Deputy Chairman of the Board for Retail Business of FUIB.

FUIB focuses not only on quality, but also on speed - in many cases, the bank is the first on the market to implement new solutions.

In particular, in recent months alone, the bank has been the first in Ukraine to implement a number of innovations:

  • Scanning invoices, receipts, IBAN — implemented by the first on the market back in January 2026. This allows you to quickly read details from all receipts using AI via the smartphone camera, download documents from the phone, which reduces the number of errors when entering and significantly speeds up payment by details.
  • AI in the bank's CVM model — implemented in December 2025. FUIB used AI to implement a New Year's Advent calendar for customers with 20 million personal predictions, gifts and greetings for each client. These were individual cashback and bonus offers taking into account the client's behavior, the relevance of offers and even tone of voice.
  • "Financial Academy" in the application - launched in January 2026. This is an educational space integrated into the application with practical advice and scenarios for using financial instruments and banking products.
  • Authorization for Open Banking - in early March 2026, FUIB was the first in Ukraine to receive authorization from the NBU to provide non-financial payment services as part of the launch of open banking on the market.
  • The first loyalty program for blood donors in Ukraine - which the bank launched in November 2025, thanks to which blood donors were able to receive increased cashback from the bank and socially responsible businesses in the application.
  • Currency platform - at the end of 2025, the bank was the first to implement an extended loyalty model for regular currency transactions in the application, which simultaneously takes into account both the purchase and sale of currency. In addition, it offers additional currency exchange functionality.

At the same time, the bank is developing features that change the very approach to customer interaction.

In particular, the FUIB application was the first on the market to feature personalized financial tips — a tool that not only analyzes expenses, but also suggests specific actions — from savings to optimizing expenses or using credit products.

Another important innovative update is global search , a single access point to all application functions. The user can find over 100 services by text query, without wasting time navigating through sections.

FUIB emphasizes that the key difference in the bank's approach is not in the number of functions, but in creating a holistic experience, where the application acts as a personal financial assistant.

It is the combination of speed of implementation, technology, and real benefits for the client that allows the FUIB application not only to receive industry awards, but also to promote a new standard of mobile banking in Ukraine.
