The US-NATO Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) initiative, launched in July last year, attracted nearly $7 billion in contributions, enabling the financing of more than ten weapons packages for the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
The PURL initiative has become one of the key sources of American weapons supplies to Ukraine in the past year. It has brought together 29 countries (26 NATO members and 3 partners), which have raised a total of $6.7 billion. This has allowed for the formation of more than 10 assistance packages, the Ministry of Defense reports .

PURL's main achievement is providing Ukraine with interceptor missiles for Patriot systems (in particular, PAC-3), which protect cities and infrastructure from ballistic missiles. Currently, about 95% of all missiles for Patriot come through this mechanism.
