The spokesman for the international intelligence community InformNapalm, Mykhailo Makaruk, publicly appealed to the People’s Deputy from the «Servant of the People» party, Andriy Motovylovets, demanding that he explain the reasons for the withdrawal of the draft law on the Cyber Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.
The spokesman for the international intelligence community InformNapalm, Mykhailo Makaruk, publicly appealed to the People’s Deputy from the «Servant of the People» party, Andriy Motovylovets, demanding that he explain the reasons for the withdrawal of the draft law on the Cyber Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.
«Why are you blocking the adoption of the law on the creation of the Cyber Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which you personally removed from consideration by the parliament today?» Makaruk wrote on his Facebook account, tagging Motovylovets.
At the same time, Makaruk appealed to the Security Service of Ukraine with a request to «verify the possible fact of sabotage during wartime by an official with the aim of undermining the defense capabilities of our country.»
At the same time, the InformNapalm spokesperson appealed to all deputies of the Verkhovna Rada with an appeal to «help cyber specialists, not try to fight them.»
At the same time, the InformNapalm news channel emphasizes that the draft law on Cyber Forces has been waiting for adoption by the Verkhovna Rada for years.
«Ukrainian cyber specialists are actually in a „gray zone“, conducting offensive cyber operations against the enemy. And most importantly, the creation of the Cyber Forces of Ukraine will allow for more effective interaction between military and civilian cyber specialists,» the intelligence community emphasized.
As dev.ua wrote, in October last year, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law on the creation of the Cyber Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It was recently reported that the draft law on the creation of Cyber Forces within the Armed Forces of Ukraine is currently being amended and prepared for the second reading.
