A record 55 new devices designed to protect everyone and everything — even an ancient British palace. What Ajax Systems showed during its annual presentation

One of the largest Ukrainian product companies, Ajax Systems, held its annual presentation of its security devices and systems. In Ukraine, a preliminary presentation of the almost one and a half hour film about these gadgets for media and partners in 35 countries took place a day earlier than the online broadcast for all viewers, so the dev.ua journalist had the opportunity to form his own impression of the company’s new products and share it with readers.

A small detail: the company showed this technological movie with popcorn, because the marketing product of Ajax Systems really turned out to be worthy of the big screens and almost Hollywood. In the film, top managers of the company from all over the world told in a kind of «Apple style» what innovations await users of Ajax security gadgets and systems, what fundamentally new the company offers its partners and end users, how deeply artificial intelligence is integrated into these solutions, and — most importantly — when to expect new products. And now — about everything in order.

MegaHub supporting up to 999 devices

During the product presentation, the emphasis was on truly breakthrough, innovative and unique developments.

For facilities such as huge shopping malls, business centers, factories, logistics hubs, and warehouses, Superior MegaHub has been introduced — the most powerful Ajax hub to date, supporting up to 999 wired and wireless devices in any combination. One control panel can now handle the protection of such locations. This allows such a technological solution to be expanded to 100 security groups, 100 automation scenarios, and 1,000 users.

The presentation specifically emphasized that the device is certified to the Grade 3 standard, which was not easy to achieve. According to the announcement, the Superior MegaHub will be available for order in the first quarter of 2026.

As for the new hubs, the company also introduced another solution — Superior Hub Hybrid 2. The hub supports up to 250 devices without limits on sirens, 25 security groups, 64 automation scenarios and 100 users — which is twice as much as the previous model. The device has also been certified according to the Grade 3 standard, so, as Ajax claims, it will be easy to scale your business from medium to large facilities. Unlike the aforementioned Superior MegaHub, this hub will appear a little earlier — they promise that it will be available for order from the IV quarter of 2025.

Wireless solutions are trending

Ajax Systems placed a special emphasis on wireless solutions in its annual presentation. In particular, the company introduced the world’s first Grade 3 wireless intrusion protection system in the industry.

«Now, wireless solutions are not only as reliable as wired ones; they are just as secure — this is confirmed by certificates of compliance with the strictest international standards. The new Grade 3 wireless solution includes everything you need to protect high-risk facilities of any scale: motion and opening sensors, keypads, sirens, panic buttons, radio signal repeaters, integration modules and the Superior Hub G3 Jeweller control panel. Now, a wireless system can be installed even in a bank, which means less cost, less effort and more possibilities,» the company noted.

It is announced that Ajax Grade 3 wireless devices will be available for order in Q4 2025.

The company also emphasized in the film and press release that the Grade 3 wireless system uses the next-generation Superior Jeweler radio technology to communicate between devices.

Oleksandr Konotopsky, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ajax Systems, recalled in a video presentation that the company first introduced Jeweller devices in 2014.

«Jeweller quickly conquered the market and proved to everyone that wireless technology can be as reliable as wired. This solution changed everything… But we did not stop there and continued to develop our wireless technologies. Along with Motion Cam sensors, the Wings protocol for image transmission appeared. Jeweller began to be used in automation devices. We added the ability to remotely update and hop in a wide range, numbering 100 different frequencies, which is one of the requirements of the Federal Communications Commission of the United States. Then there was the Worf audio protocol for the Speakerphone voice module. At a certain point, we realized that we were ready to compete with ourselves. Therefore, the Turbo Wings protocol was created for the Superior line,» Konotopsky recalled about the beginnings of this technology and the solutions that helped it develop and move forward.

At the same time, according to him, Superior Jeweller has even more advantages — with some new models of Superior hubs, the operating range reaches up to 3,500 m. In addition, the technology provides protection against jamming.

«If the regular Jeweller supports two frequencies for hopping, then in the new version it is 17 different frequencies in four different European bands. In addition, given the increased risk of cyberattacks, we have improved data encryption and, finally, the total number of devices in the network has increased from 200 to 999,» he emphasized, promising that in 2026 all Superior devices will switch to the Superior Jeweller protocol.

An interesting detail: the video presentation also showed how Ajax wireless technologies came in handy in an old estate in the UK, where wires in the walls would definitely have been a bad solution, given the historical value of the building.

See everything. What AI cameras can do

The company notes that the Ajax video surveillance portfolio is rapidly expanding, and the line of gadgets in this direction is divided into two product series: Baseline and Superior.

One of the cameras in the Ajax Systems line

«The Baseline line has a new series of HLVF cameras with a motorized varifocal lens with autofocus, which provides flexible zooming for capturing details or the entire picture. The new NVR H2D series supports two hard drives for more data, and two recording options — duplication mode and sequential recording mode — ensure reliable storage of material. Models with PoE ports allow installation engineers to connect up to 16 cameras to the DVR without any difficulties,» the company said.

Meanwhile, the Superior product line announced the Superior HLVF cameras with hybrid illumination and variable viewing angle. Thanks to an improved CMOS sensor and a motorized P-Iris lens, these new cameras maintain clarity and detail in the image regardless of the lighting on the object. In addition, the devices, as Ajax writes in its press release, are equipped with two-way audio communication and a mounting box with a built-in speaker, which can be used to actively scare away intruders.

Meanwhile, Superior NVRs are the first Ajax network video recorders with built-in artificial intelligence, making even third-party cameras smarter.

«The recorders can store up to 24 TB of recordings on each of the two hard drives, support up to 32 channels, and can play four 4K streams simultaneously. The built-in artificial intelligence is even more accurate and becomes the basis for future features that will be available only for the Superior line,» the manufacturer added.

According to plans, the HLVF cameras and the H2D NVR series should appear on the market in early 2026, and the Superior line of video devices will be available for order in the first quarter of next year.

In addition, Ajax emphasizes that the Baseline and Superior cameras are compatible with MountCam wall brackets, which, in turn, allows you to adjust the best viewing angle and avoid obstacles in the frame without compromising the camera design.

What else is interesting?

Ajax Systems, among dozens of other security gadgets, also introduced two new curtain-type motion sensors. For example, the Curtain Outdoor Mini Jeweller provides protection for narrow areas, such as windows and doors, detecting intruders before they can cause damage. This blind-spot-free device has two detection modes: basic mode and pet immunity mode.

«CurtainCam Outdoor HighMount Jeweller is Ajax’s first outdoor curtain sensor with a camera and photo verification functions. The device uses an IR sensor and K-band sensors for the pre-threat detection function: the sensor creates an invisible barrier at the entrance to the restricted area and captures intruders as soon as they cross it,» the company explained.

These two devices are expected to go on sale in Q4 2025.

Ajax Systems also announced that the Hub BP Jeweller, which runs entirely on batteries, has received an update. Now, thanks to the battery saving mode, a single battery can last the hub for up to four years.

«This makes the control center an ideal solution for facilities where there is no power supply, stable communication, or permanent staff,» the company noted.

The film on this occasion demonstrated how this technological solution works in locations such as remote and unelectrified construction sites, mountainous terrain, or abandoned buildings somewhere in the wilderness.

The updated Hub BP Jeweller is available for order in some countries, and in other regions it will be available for purchase as early as Q1 2026.

Ajax also reminded that they are working not only on hardware solutions, but also on electronic and technological services that can provide new opportunities for users. And new sources of income for security companies that install Ajax equipment and software.

«Ajax services continue to evolve and turn a one-time installation into a source of ongoing revenue through subscriptions,» they appeal to the commercial interest of partner companies in Ajax.

In particular, the Ajax system can be supplemented with the following products:

  • Ajax SIM card for stable communication from the first minutes after installation;
  • Ajax Ultra DP for easy setup of reliable, dual-channel data and alarm transmission;
  • Ajax Cloud Storage — secure cloud storage for video recordings from DoorBell and IndoorCam;
  • Ajax Photo Mode for photo verification of alarms on third-party monitoring software using Ajax cameras.

Another important thing is that Ajax is also introducing the ability to pay for the activation of Ajax services by card directly in the Ajax PRO: Tool for Engineers application.

«This feature can already be used in dozens of countries to activate Ajax SIM and Ajax Cloud Storage, and by the end of the year it will be available worldwide. At that time, installation engineers will be able to offer end users to pay for Ajax Services themselves in their Ajax application,» the Ukrainian company announced. This feature is already available in Ukraine and several other countries.

Not only robbers, but also fires

During the presentation, Ajax Systems once again reminded that one of the main focuses of its work is also modern fire protection solutions, presenting a line of completely wireless devices according to EN 54 standards.

«The Ajax Systems team has taken on a new challenge: to revolutionize one of the most demanding security areas. This is how the EN54 Line line appeared — a completely wireless fire detection and alarm system for commercial facilities. The system can be installed quickly and without any programming, and it can be controlled both on-site and remotely using Ajax applications. Thanks to this, the system is deployed in just a matter of hours, not days — this has already been confirmed by partners,» the company noted. The EN54 Line products, according to them, are already available for order.

However, the manufacturing company urges us to perceive the EN54 line not only as a fire safety system, but primarily as a comprehensive solution against all types of threats.

After all, the hub is certified not only according to the EN 54 standard, but also supports intrusion protection and automation. «And all this can be combined into one system and even supplemented with video surveillance. Thanks to Ajax cameras and Motion Cam sensors, each alarm is confirmed visually. So in a critical situation, you get not just a notification, you see the full picture. One system will cope with fires and criminals,» the video presentation noted.

The company is convinced that this is more than enough to protect facilities of any scale: a restaurant, school, office, or warehouse.

According to the Ajax Systems press service, offline events to introduce new products took place in 35 countries, with the main event in Frankfurt, Germany. In total, Ajax Systems announced a record 55 new devices.
