"Reserve+" has an online deferral for parents with many children. How to get the document
Conscripts who have three or more children can apply for a deferment from mobilization directly in the "Reserve+" application, without visiting the CCC and collecting paper certificates.
Conscripts who have three or more children can apply for a deferment from mobilization directly in the "Reserve+" application, without visiting the CCC and collecting paper certificates.
Who is eligible for the service?
Citizens who meet the following criteria can request an automatic deferral:
Have three or more children under the age of 18. All children must be born in Ukraine. Marital status does not matter (children can be born in the same or different marriages, or outside of them).
They have no alimony arrears. A debt not exceeding the amount of payments for three months is allowed.
Have correct data in state registers. Full name, date of birth and RNOKPP (tax identification number) must match in all databases.
If the data in the state registers is outdated or the arrears in alimony payments exceed three months, the system will refuse to grant a deferral.
To use the service, a citizen will first have to update information in the registers or repay financial debt, and then submit the request again.
How the design algorithm works
The process is fully automated and usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours.
Log in to the "Reserve+" application and send a request for a deferral.
The system will independently make requests to the relevant state registers to verify the grounds.
If the status is confirmed, the deferral is granted automatically.
Information about the deferment will immediately appear in your electronic military record.
In total, 11 types of online deferrals are currently available in the "Reserve+" application. This solution is designed to simplify the lives of citizens and remove additional bureaucratic burden from ASCs and CCCs.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that now 90% of issued deferments are extended automatically, without any action on the part of the conscript.
