Genesis, a group that includes Obrio and Universe Group projects, took first place. The company scored 87 points, its highest score in recent years.
In second place is Solidgate. The fintech from the Genesis ecosystem, which employs over 200 people, entered the rating for the first time and immediately scored 85 points.
Third place went to Fractal (formerly Netpeak). The company immediately climbed 19 positions and added 11 points over the year, also scoring 85.
Fourth place went to Ciklum.
IT companies dominate the top once again, and rightly so. In a climate of fierce competition for talent, they systematically invest in employee experience, development, a transparent culture, and quality management—factors that directly influence the results of such rankings.
Large non-IT players, such as Kyivstar, ATB-Market, or Philip Morris, are also represented in the study, but they are more difficult to compete with due to scale, variety of roles, and operational inertia.
Among individual nominations, the most active participant was ATB-Market — the company’s employees submitted over 11,000 questionnaires, which was a record for the study.
The highest level of loyalty (NPS 99%) was received by Upstars in the Lovemark nomination.
The experts' choice went to Kyivstar, which received over 17 points from the jury.
JTI Ukraine won in the «Model of Caring» category — 99% of the company’s employees noted access to training programs.
The most dynamic growth was demonstrated by General Chereshnya, which tripled its team in a year.
And the «Breakthrough of the Year» was Fractal, which significantly improved its position in the ranking.
Overall, the results confirm the trend: in 2026, IT companies remain the benchmark for employers — thanks to flexibility, speed of decision-making, and focus on the real experience of the employee.
