OMEGA TELECOM LLC has been operating on the market since 2012 and is one of the key infrastructure operators in Ukraine, serving over 300 Internet Service Providers (ISPs). The main owner and beneficiary of the group of companies, including Omega Telecom LLC, as well as related structures Omega TV and Omega Securities, is Ukrainian politician, entrepreneur and telecom businessman Oleg Shevchuk.
The company’s network covers over 260 cities and has about 18,500 km of fiber-optic trunk lines. The operator also owns a 900 m² data center in Kyiv with 159 racks, and its fiber-optic ring passes through key Kyiv traffic exchange points on Sim’i Prakhovykh and Leontovych streets, which provides interconnection with most of the country’s telecom operators.
