Sense Bank has launched subscription packages in the Sense SuperApp application - a service that combines digital services of partners in one banking product. Customers can choose one of three types of packages with a fixed price and create their own set of services, receiving benefits compared to paying for such services separately.
Services in packages are divided into three categories depending on their format and value to the user. Each of the three types of packages includes a certain number of services from each category and has a fixed monthly cost.
After choosing a package, the client independently determines which services from the available list he wants to use. Therefore, users of the same package can form different sets according to their own needs and interests.
The packages include digital services for various areas of daily life, including transportation, shopping, entertainment, learning, development, security, sports, and family needs.
"We see the future of banking not only in financial transactions. A person does not live separately in the world of money, shopping, work, study or leisure - it is one life. Therefore, the bank should be useful in various situations. By developing a digital ecosystem based on the Sense SuperApp application, we want to unite around the Client exactly those services that meet his real needs. Subscription packages are a step towards a model in which the client can choose the services he needs and receive additional benefits from them," noted Yulia Tur, Head of the Retail Business Division of Sense Bank.
Subscription packages have become a new element of Sense Bank's loyalty program. They complement traditional reward mechanics — cashback, bonuses, and discounts — with the opportunity to access digital services on favorable terms.
