BScanner is a tool for monitoring retail prices that works very simply: just scan the barcode of the product, or enter the name of the product in the search, and the system will instantly show the best offers with real prices for this product on the market, and in some cases will allow you to place an order for this product online. Before its temporary closure, the service became a real hit among Ukrainians: according to Google Analytics, it was used by about 1 million unique visitors.
The service is currently in the final stages of closing a deal to bring in a new majority shareholder. Thanks to this partnership, the service will be able to continue to develop and expand its functionality while remaining free for users.
At this point, the service has focused on one key function — monitoring prices for barcoded goods.
