Scaling an IT company is always a test of strength: processes, architecture, and teams. In 2025, SharksCode passed this stage in active growth mode — increasing the team and simultaneously building internal systems capable of withstanding loads no worse than high-load platforms.
SharksCode is a Ukrainian licensed IT company specializing in the creation of high-tech B2B platforms and software solutions. The team works with a full development cycle: from analytics and design of technical architecture to launch, scaling and further evolution of products. SharksCode implements solutions for industries with increased requirements for stability, security and compliance with regulatory standards, in particular for the iGaming sector.
2025: Growth without loss of control
In 2025, SharksCode focused on scaling while maintaining the quality of its internal processes. Over the year, 410 new specialists joined the company, and the development direction became the fastest growing.
At the same time, the company focused on developing internal expertise, with 86 employees promoted or given new roles. This approach helped maintain context within teams and support the sustainability of technology solutions during a period of rapid growth.

Digital HR as an infrastructure for teams
With the growth of remote and hybrid teams, SharksCode faced the issue of engagement and internal communication. The answer was the development of Digital HR — a single digital ecosystem that combines onboarding, training, internal events and feedback. The company presented this approach at specialized events.
In particular, Inna Izhyk, L&D Manager at SharksCode, presented a case study at the «Real» conference and award ceremony from HR-brand on how digitalization of HR processes helps reduce isolation in distributed teams, strengthens horizontal connections, and forms a culture of trust — regardless of the location of employees.
During the year, SharksCode was also actively involved in IT community events. The company became a member of the IT Ukraine Association, a partner in Tech360: Policy, Talents & Growth, IT Arena 2025, Svoe.IT events, and also received the Technology Partner award from Diia.City Union.

Team interaction as part of the system
In 2025, SharksCode experimented with formats for team interaction. A new step was hybrid teambuildings, which combined offline and online formats into a single experience.
In parallel, internal educational initiatives organized by the employees themselves developed: workshops and lectures consistently gathered over a hundred participants and became another channel for exchanging expertise.
Benefits as a sustainability tool
Among the most notable benefits of the year was padel tennis, which has grown into a regular team activity. Also of great interest were classes in shooting training and tactical medicine — formats that combined physical activity, concentration, and work with stress.

In 2025, charity became an important part of SharksCode’s internal culture. The company’s employees became active donors, donating about 20 liters of blood for the civilian and military needs of the M. M. Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery, joined the assembly of drones for the military, and fulfilled the New Year’s wishes of children from the Svitanok Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center.

In 2026 — with innovations
SharksCode plans to expand internal educational programs and benefits in 2026. A new feature, already in the testing stage, is the corporate currency sharkscoin, which employees will be able to exchange for company merchandise.
