On November 14, the Pishchan District Court of the Vinnytsia Region issued a decision in the case of a programmer-FOP, who planned to illegally cross the border of Ukraine and flee to Moldova.
According to the case file, the man was detained by border guards at a distance of 250 meters from the state border line. He made an attempt to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine on foot outside the established checkpoints.
The programmer did not appear at the court session, but the case file contains his plea of guilty and consideration of the case in his absence.
The court found the man guilty and fined him UAH 3,400. Also, the culprit must pay UAH 605,6 court fee.
The ruling can be appealed to the Vinnytsia Court of Appeal through the Pischanskyi District Court of the Vinnytsia Region by the person brought to administrative responsibility, by his lawyer, within ten days from the date of the ruling.
