“We’ll think about it.” A representative of a European hosting company offered to help Ukrainian colleagues move equipment to the EU

Roman Kovalchuk, Head of Marketing & Business Development at the European company Advanced Hosting, offered assistance to Ukrainian providers and hosters who were affected by Russian attacks.
Kovalchuk wrote about this on his LinkedIn page, explaining that his company provides hosting, colocation, and complex IaaS services and has data centers in the EU and the USA.
“The news about the broken data centers in Ukraine is professionally shocking. Those providers or hosters who have been affected, contact me. I will connect everyone you need from our business to somehow support you with the expertise of transferring equipment from Ukraine to the EU, or I will allocate you racks in our DCs in Amsterdam for a while,” he suggested.
According to Roman Kovalchuk, potential assistance will depend on the needs of the affected Ukrainian companies themselves and the ability to meet them.
“We will think about something, without specifics yet, everything will depend on the individual case,” concluded the representative of Advanced Hosting.
As is known, the Ukrainian data center, where the capacities of the hosting provider MiroHost were located, was destroyed as a result of a Russian attack, so the company cannot currently name the timing of its restoration.
