Nova Poshta is decentralizing production facilities and warehouses to maintain service stability during Russian attacks on the company's infrastructure. This allows it to maintain high delivery speeds even under constant threats.
This was stated by NOVA Group co-founder Vyacheslav Klimov in an interview with Forbes Ukraine. According to him, restructuring business processes during the war does not mean degradation or loss of efficiency, but on the contrary, it forces the company to find more innovative solutions.
"The Ukrainian consumer is a super-demanding person. He expects that the services, products, and their quality will not be affected in any way by the events he reads about in Telegram channels. So, let's make sure that after pressing a button, the service works for the client," said Vyacheslav Klymov.
He emphasized that war is a huge stress test for the operational and business model of any company. If the system collapses after the defeat of a single object, this indicates its initial instability. The decentralization of the network also revealed the inefficiency of some processes that existed under conditions of excess resources. When the resource is super-limited, business innovation only increases.
Nova Poshta has also begun suspending operations at individual branches , terminals, and depots even when an airstrike has not yet been declared in the city or region. The company uses its own system for monitoring potential threats.
