Olesya Zaluska will be the new Executive Director of the Technology Business Union Diia.City United. She has many years of experience working at the intersection of technology, investment, public policy, and international entrepreneurship development programs. In this position, Olesya will replace Natalia Mykolska, who has headed the Union since the end of 2023.

She has many years of experience working at the intersection of technology, investment, public policy, and international entrepreneurship development programs. In this position, Olesya will replace Natalia Mykolska, who has headed the Union since the end of 2023.
Prior to her appointment at Diia.City United, Olesya led the consortium of the FCDO BLOOM program at Prosper Global Ukraine, aimed at economic recovery and supporting entrepreneurship with funding from the UK government.
Previously, she managed the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine program, which helped Ukrainian companies attract investment, develop exports, and enter international markets. Olesya also has experience in public service and many years of cooperation with the Ukrainian technology ecosystem. In particular, the USAID program, under her leadership, was involved in supporting the formation of Diia.City.
The Diia.City United Strategic Council elected Olesya Zaluska based on the results of a competitive selection.

To do this, you need to know the needs of business and the mechanisms of the state’s work well. Olesya has experience from both sides. Olesya will lead the Union, which today unites over 250 technology companies and investors. The strategic priorities of Diia.City United remain unchanged: protection and development of Diia.City, representation of the interests of technology businesses in interaction with the state, support for the global growth of Ukrainian companies and attraction of investments.
"Ukrainian technology companies create products for millions of people, defend the country and enter new markets even during war. Behind this is the indifference of people who stay, invest and build. That is why I am here now. It is important for me that Diia.City United remains a strong voice of technology business, develops international partnerships and maintains a constructive dialogue with the state. There is a lot of work ahead, and I am happy to join this community," said Olesya Zaluska.
Olesya Zaluska will assume the duties of Executive Director of Diia.City United at the end of October 2026.
