Health insurance when sick leave is expensive
Corporate health insurance (CHI) is the most common insurance product in IT companies. Most large employers in the industry include it in their social package. When an employee knows that in case of illness he will not have to pay out of pocket, he is less likely to consider offers from competitors.
In practice, the policy covers consultations with specialized doctors, tests and diagnostics, delivery of medicines, dentistry. In some packages, vaccinations or pregnancy support are also included. " Medicine without Borders " is an insurance program for critical illnesses, including oncology. Coverage up to 500,000 euros per year. In the event of a complex diagnosis, ARX takes care of the selection of a clinic (Spain, Israel, Turkey, Poland or Ukraine), logistics, consultations with a supervising physician and a medical translator, travel and accommodation costs for the insured and accompanying person. The patient is responsible for the treatment, the company takes care of the organizational part. The policy can be paid for in installments.
