The Cabinet of Ministers supported the proposal of the Ministry of Defense and approved a new procedure for licensing defense technologies created by the military.
The Cabinet of Ministers supported the proposal of the Ministry of Defense and approved a new procedure for licensing defense technologies created by the military.
This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov.
The new licensing procedure will allow the state to quickly launch military developments into mass production. At the same time, at least 25% of the license cost will be paid to the military who created these technologies.
The remaining funding will go to the development of defense innovations: supporting inventive units, creating new technological solutions, and protecting intellectual property rights.
"The new mechanism forms a fair remuneration system for the military and competitive rules for working with state developments," the Minister of Defense of Ukraine noted.
