The deal is part of a new Venture Builder initiative through which TechMagic aims to launch and scale its own B2B products. The deal value was not disclosed. According to DOU, it could have been $500,000–700,000. TechMagic received 100% ownership and all rights to CCTV Design Tool.
CCTV Design Tool is a tool for companies that install cameras and other security systems. For example, you can upload a building plan, place cameras on it, and immediately see what exactly will be captured and where there will be “blind” zones. You can also lay cables, select equipment, calculate its quantity, and prepare a commercial offer for the client.
TechMagic says they chose the ready-made product because it already has a profitable business model, stable corporate clients, and clear economics. Now the company wants to connect its engineers, AI specialists, designers, and marketers to the CCTV Design Tool. The plans include further developing the product for large companies and negotiating partnerships with equipment manufacturers and suppliers.
Previously, dev.ua wrote that TechMagic was expanding through the acquisition of other IT service companies. In 2025, it bought the Polish Salesforce company Hitteps, and in March 2026, it acquired the Kyiv studio Diversido with a team of 37 specialists.
