European drone manufacturer TEKEVER has announced engineering and technical vacancies in Ukraine to build local capabilities in platform integration, testing, maintenance, repair, and training.
According to the TEKEVER press release, the recruitment is part of the company’s long-term strategy in Ukraine and is aimed at strengthening the infrastructure and operational work of TEKEVER Ukraine. The new specialists are to cover the areas of integration, trials & evaluation (testing and evaluation), MRO processes (maintenance, repair), as well as training instructors and operator training. The company specifies that the team will work with TEKEVER platforms, providing maintenance, repair, prototyping and joint integration projects with Ukrainian manufacturers in order to make improvements to real operating conditions faster.
The list of open positions includes Integration/Test Manager, Integration/Test Engineer, Maintenance Team Leader, UAV Maintenance Technician, Composite Repair and Fabrication Specialist, Lead Instructor, and Instructor. TEKEVER specifically encourages military veterans to apply, noting that mission experience and a practical understanding of combat applications can be critically useful for these roles.
The company emphasizes that its presence in Ukraine since 2022 has been formed through cooperation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and adaptation of products to requests from the front. The press release states that the AR3 and AR5 platforms have performed thousands of missions throughout Ukraine and have exceeded 50,000 flight hours in total. Separately, TEKEVER recalled the AR3 EVO, presented in September 2025: the modification received more than 100 technical improvements based on feedback from operators and experience in performing missions.
In April 2025, TEKEVER officially opened a representative office in Ukraine, and in September 2025, Kateryna Bezsudna was appointed director of TEKEVER Ukraine.
