Senior Software Engineer Volodymyr Nekoz developed TheOfferly — an AI agent that simplifies job searching. The service monitors DOU, Djinni, robota.ua, and LinkedIn, displays relevant vacancies with explanations, and also prepares CVs, cover letters, and materials for interview preparation.
The idea to create the tool arose based on the developer’s own experience during active monitoring of the labor market.
Describing the challenges IT professionals face when hiring, Volodymyr Nekoz noted : "Searching for a job is another full-time job. Only without a salary. In recent months, I have been searching myself: dozens of reviews per week, a few answers, separate resumes and cover letters for each vacancy. What was most tiring was not even the number, but the feeling that I was doing the same thing manually over and over again. That’s why I made myself an assistant. And now everyone can use it."
TheOfferly takes on the lion’s share of the candidate’s routine tasks, automating the process at every stage.
Despite the high level of automation, the author of the project emphasizes that the final decision on sending feedback always remains with the candidate. AI prepares all the materials, but the user presses the "Send" button.
"It was important for me to maintain the main principle on which I built it: AI does the routine, shows your strengths, and helps you prepare for dozens of interviews. This is an early version now, and I really need your feedback. If you are also looking, try it and write what is missing," Volodymyr Nekoz concluded.
