As Forbes Ukraine explains , the ranking was formed based on two others — “30 Digitalization Champions” and “202 Largest Companies.” Revenue data for 2025 was obtained from YouControl.
Modus X's revenue is the highest among the largest IT subsidiaries for the third year in a row — UAH 2.15 billion. But the growth rate has slowed down: 18% versus 41% in 2024.
TemaBit moved from second place to Nova Digital. Over the year, the company increased its revenue by 103%, to UAH 1.53 billion. This is the second fastest growth indicator in the ranking.
Nova Digital's revenue in 2025 increased by 49%, to UAH 1.48 billion.
Kyivstar.Tech's revenue in 2025 increased by 27%, to UAH 1.24 billion.
Metinvest Digital's revenue in 2025 amounted to UAH 807 million. The growth was only 0.78%, the lowest among all participants in the rating. The reason is that in January 2025, Metinvest stopped one of its most profitable assets, the Pokrovskaya Coal Group.
It is the only public sector company in the ranking. In 2025, its revenue increased by 50%, to UAH 721 million.
Revenue increased by 43%, to UAH 686 million.
The company demonstrated the highest revenue growth rate in the 2025 ranking — by 120%, to UAH 616 million.
The IT company increased its revenue by 39%, to UAH 396 million.
Foxteam Digital's revenue increased by 36%, to UAH 162 million.
