This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko during a telethon, reports Sudovo-Yurydychna Gazeta. It is noted that such an opportunity will be useful if a person registered in one region and later began to live in another.
«Literally by the summer of 2025, we will be free from specific VLKs and will be able to undergo a medical examination in any healthcare institution that is convenient for a person. This can be a state-owned healthcare institution or a private clinic. The entire ecosystem of medical institutions where it is convenient for a person to do this,» Chernogorenko said.
She added that the CCCs work with the Unified State Register «Oberig» and now there is the necessary digital infrastructure in order to «decouple from a specific CCC and JV.»
«A CCC employee opens an interface and works directly with a person through a single nationwide system. Therefore, it will be very quick and easy to make extraterritoriality here,» the Deputy Minister of Defense noted.
Earlier, Kateryna Chernogorenko announced the launch of «convenient generation of electronic referrals to VLK», which was previously in beta testing.
