Arson at a drone factory for the Ukrainian Armed Forces occurred in Poland: special services were involved in the investigation

The company produces components for drones used by the Polish and Ukrainian armies. The Internal Security Agency (ABW) and the Polish Military Counterintelligence Service were involved in the investigation, Polish publication Onet reports .

According to law enforcement, the fire alarm was received at around 00:23. A moment before that, the operator of the external security service recorded the alarm going off. CCTV cameras captured an unknown person in a balaclava entering the company's territory through the fence.

Not far from the scene, law enforcement officers discovered an abandoned backpack and jacket, after which they launched a large-scale search operation involving police, a dog handler with a service dog, and a drone with a thermal imager. Currently, Polish special services are considering sabotage and deliberate arson as one of the main versions of the incident.

"We are taking this matter extremely seriously," said a spokesman for the coordination of Poland's special services.

Currently, law enforcement officers and counterintelligence officers are continuing their investigative activities at the plant.
