The press service of the financial institution confirmed the existence of problems and reported that specialists are already working to eliminate them.
"Friends, we have encountered technical difficulties - several services are currently not working. We are already fixing everything, and stable operation of the system is gradually being restored. We will definitely inform you as soon as everything is working normally," the bank said .
It is worth noting that this is not the first failure in recent times - a similar problem occurred last Saturday, August 15. Then some customers encountered a situation when the transaction did not go through during payment, but the funds were still debited from the account. At that time, PrivatBank assured that the problem with the debiting of money had already been resolved, and the mistakenly withdrawn funds should return to customers' accounts within 24 hours.
