The Dubidoc document management service has launched a new function for maintaining personnel documents

The document signing and sharing service Dubidoc has launched a feature that will be useful for businesses that spend time and money on personnel documents. For example, there will be no need to send a document to Nova Poshta for an employee working remotely to sign it.

How the new feature works

You need to create a template in Dubidoc . It's a simple constructor, like Google Forms — but you can place the fields to fill in on your own PDF document.
Then you send the link to the right person, who fills out the document and signs it using "Actions".
The signed document is stored in the archive.

Recall that the Dubidoc service was launched by the founder of the Fintech Farm startup and co-founder of monobank Dmytro Dubilet in the summer of 2024.

In February of this year, the service added the ability to receive information from customers in digital form.
