“This year, “Diya” will enter a new stage of its development.” Fedorov announced that he wants to allow other government agencies to work with the service
Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhailov Fedorov promised that this year the «Diia» service will have significant innovations, in particular, a change in the interface.
Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhailov Fedorov promised that this year the «Diia» service will have significant innovations, in particular, a change in the interface.
«There will be changes in the interface, and „Diia“ will develop functionally in such a way that there will be even more services. We will also give ministries the opportunity to work in „Diia“ in parallel. That is, we have a certain concept there. We cannot talk about the details yet. But I just want to say for all citizens that this year „Diia“ will enter a new stage of its development,» Fedorov noted in an interview with the «My-Ukraine» TV channel.
Thanks to this, according to Fedorov, Ukraine will advance even further in the level of digital services provision. «Let me remind you that we have gone from 102nd place in the world in digital services to now be in fifth place. And in two years, I think we will be in the Top 3,» the minister added.
The head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs clarified that the goal of the announced changes in «Diia» is to allow any service provider to work with the service and develop their own digital products using the capabilities of «Diia».
«That is, we are, in fact, becoming such a platform for development. The point is that we, like „Diia“, are developing these products. We want to make it so that 10 teams, 20-15, work in parallel on the development of products. And not only the State Enterprise „Diia“ or the team of the Ministry of Digital Affairs worked, but everyone worked in parallel,» the government official added.
According to Fedorov, «Diia» should become a digital ecosystem and a kind of marketplace for various ministries.
«Let’s not 'spoil'. We’ll talk about it when we announce it,» he said, while refraining from giving more detailed explanations.
