The "Kyiv Digital" application (Transport Card section) has frozen. It has been an hour since I last topped up my card and purchased rides.
At the same time, you can buy a single ticket in the app without any problems.
The service developers have not yet communicated the failure in any way.
UPD. The Kyiv City State Administration reported that the cost of unused trips at the old rates up to and including September 14 will be credited to the "My Wallet" of the transport card within a week.
For example, for ten unused trips purchased for UAH 6.5 each, the passenger will receive UAH 65 in their wallet. This money can be spent on new trips or used to pay for travel directly at the validator.
If there are no purchased trips on the card, the validator will debit 30 UAH from the wallet.
