It is currently unknown what exactly caused the application to malfunction.
This is not the first failure in Reserve+ this year. In early February, the application crashed due to high load on BankID.
Later that month, the application experienced unstable access to the Trembita system, which provides interaction between state registries. This affected document updates in Reserve+.

The Ministry of Defence reported that specialists are working to fix the problem and advises to use the PDF version of the military registration document.
«Currently, there are technical problems with the Reserve+ application. Our specialists are already working to fix the problem — it is expected that the system will stabilise within a few hours,» the statement said.
Later, at approximately 12:00, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko informed the DOU that the application had started working.
The cause of the failure was excessive load on the system, the DOU ministry reported.
