Zelensky noted that a significant part of the conversation with Tusk was devoted to joint defense programs, in particular PURL, which allows Ukraine to have air defense against the United States.
«We are preparing to produce drones together, to do co-production with Poland — and all this will happen — to produce drones and other weapons,» the Ukrainian president said.
According to him, because of the war, Ukraine has relevant expertise on what weapons actually work in modern warfare and what can help. This knowledge will help in the production of weapons to protect Ukraine, Poland, and other European countries, Zelensky emphasized.
