Ukrainian women are invited to the free БУДЬ program, which will help them find a job in IT
The free mentoring program БУДЬ, which has already been attended by almost 1,500 women, is opening a new set. For 6 weeks, participants will receive individual consultations from specialists working in leading Ukrainian and global technology companies. The program is online and open to women both in Ukraine and abroad.
The free mentoring program БУДЬ, which has already been attended by almost 1,500 women, is opening a new set. For 6 weeks, participants will receive individual consultations from specialists working in leading Ukrainian and global technology companies. The program is online and open to women both in Ukraine and abroad.
The program is conducted by the INSCIENCE organization, which popularizes science and evidence-based medicine in Ukraine, together with the innovation agency Digitizing.Space, with the support of the Nova Ukraine charitable foundation.
Who can become a participant in the program?
The БУДЬ program is for women who:
— lost their job and started looking for a new one in IT or creative industries;
— decided to change their field of work to IT or the creative industry;
— have already chosen a profession from the ANY list and taken the first steps in their studies.
The following professions are eligible to participate in the program:
UI/UX Design;
Project Management;
Product Management;
Front-end Development;
Back-end Development;
QA;
PR;
Digital Marketing;
Social media;
HR;
Recruitment;
Analysis.
What does the program entail?
Together with mentors, participants will develop a clear plan on how to achieve their career goals, create quality CVs, be able to confidently apply for vacancies in their desired companies, and gain access to the friendly БУДЬ community.
How to participate
To participate in the selection process for the program, you need to register on the БУДЬ website.
The recruitment is open until May 21, but may end earlier due to limited space.
