Unwave demonstrated its EW systems "VIKHA", "BOOMBOX", "SHATRO", and "CHOVEN-2" during the Pentagon’s Drone Dominance program.
According to the Unwave press service, the tests took place at Fort Carson in Colorado.
Following the results of the participation, the company received a request for support for future program events. In total, 14 UAV manufacturers and 3 EW equipment manufacturers participated in the tests.
In particular, during the tests, scenarios for protecting stationary and mobile objects and infrastructure from unmanned threats were worked out.
"Our mission was to create conditions as close as possible to a real battlefield in order to compare the performance of drones from different manufacturers. We worked from three separate positions at short and long distances. For security reasons, it is currently impossible to declassify the scenarios worked out in more detail," Unwave noted.
Recall that Drone Dominance is a Pentagon program aimed at accelerating the selection, procurement, and mass delivery of strike drones to the US military. The program involves a series of field tests during which military operators test the drones' ability to perform tasks in difficult conditions, and the results become the basis for procurement.
As dev.ua wrote, Unwave introduced three new products on the occasion of its third anniversary.
