Ukrainian military-tech companies Osiris AI and DefDrones have signed a partnership agreement to cooperate in creating hardware and software solutions for modern unmanned platforms.
About Osiris AI and DefDrones
Osiris AI is a Ukrainian deep-tech company developing OsirisOS, an operating system and ecosystem for unmanned and robotic platforms.
DefDrones is an engineering company that designs and supplies high-performance microelectronic components for unmanned systems.
The collaboration combines the OsirisOS software ecosystem with DefDrones' high-performance microelectronic components, whose industrial design and manufacturing standards enable drone and robotic system manufacturers to create reliable, scalable products faster.
As part of the cooperation, the companies will create joint hardware and software solutions, where DefDrones microelectronics are optimized for OsirisOS.
According to the CEO of Osiris AI Ukraine, the company is creating a next-generation operating system for drones and robots. The partnership with DefDrones allows it to accelerate the development of OsirisOS and provide manufacturers with fully ready, integrated solutions.
In turn, this partnership will help DefDrones in further development, development of electronic components and integration of software solutions based on OsirisOS, notes Petro Dobryansky, director and co-founder of DefDrones.
Recall that in early November, Osiris AI attracted investment from a foreign investor to strengthen the engineering team and scale the OsirisOS operating system in the drone technology market. The company notes that the partnership with DefDrones was the next logical step.
